Today I had the honour to present a NOC book prize to REOC 2/21 course member LEUT Leesa Maroske.  Leesa is a Public Relations Officer who is now working with the Mine Warfare community at Waterhen.  Leesa was recognised for her course results as well as self-discipline, resolution, undeviating application and good influence amongst her peers.

Of note NEOC 65 graduated with 126 members, which is down on 173 for NEOC 64.  The next intake is expected to grow to 225.

The Chief of Navy announced the renaming of Hunter Division as Syme Division and the establishment of two new divisions, Goldsworthy and Stretton, to accommodate the growing intakes.
