NOA SA regular quarterly luncheon was held at the Naval, Military & Air Force Club on 21 June. Twenty one SA members attended including first timers Ian Weekley and Michael Simpson,who were welcomed by the Chairman. Also attending for the first time was HMAS Encounter 1st LEUT – LCDR Dana Wall.
Thank you to Kevin Scarce, who at very short notice. gave a very interesting talk on the current issue/debate of nuclear power in Australia. Kevin’s talk prompted some diverse comments from the attendees. Kevin, as Royal Commissioner, led the SA initiated Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission in 2015/16.
